Week 29: more lbs gone!

It was a good week. I got in some nice walks and workouts. The sun is up earlier so my mornings have been so nice.

Also, there are flowers everywhere. It’s really nice to see all the different colors and types while walking. There is a hike scheduled for tomorrow, but after the last hike craziness that left me injured for a week….I’m on the fence. To be fair, we got lost and ended up going over 8 miles. This one is set at around 5 miles and my kids want to go. I am still thinking about it. I know I’m a lot stronger now compared to December but…I just don’t know.

Last weekend, I made turkey burgers. They were good! I used a low calorie cheese slice, tomatoes, and spinach. Plus a salad to go along with it. I tried to get a picture but the kids did not want to wait lol.

Also, it’s been 3 months now so I decided to do a progress photo. I want to also do measurements. I really can’t see any difference but I’ve lost about 18 lbs since February 1st so I know there is some change. Maybe if I measure myself I’d be able to tell more.

I know that my clothes are fitting way loser. Especially the ones I wore when I first started. My one workout shirt is so baggy, I no longer wear it cuz it bothers me when I run. All of my remaining weight is mainly in my waist now. I’m gonna keep at it and check again in 3 months, July. This week, I lost a solid 2 lbs! I’m happy with that number!

Next week, the time of month is coming. I may stall or even gain. I’m hoping if I stay semi strong that won’t happen though. We’ll see. That’s it for todays check in. Have a great weekend and upcoming week!
