Another not so good stall this week. It’s that time of the month and my weight is at it’s stalling point. Hopefully next week will be better! I’m just trusting the process and hoping to reach a new low weight soon. school is out now so I have more time to workout. Also evaluating my eating again. I don’t want to drop them too low because I know it will lead to binge eating. I think I need to stay near the same range but up protein and reduce salt/sugar intake. Drink more water, etc.
To end things on a good note, last week I reached 50 lbs lost since July last year! I’m also 75% to my goal! Focusing on the good things helps to distract me from the tough weeks. I also spotted my duck 😆friends again on one of my walks. I also got a visor for my walks because it’s brighter in the mornings now! Short one this time. Until next week. Have a great weekend!
