Refresh Challenge-Phase 1, day 1

So, I decided to start a new Challenge to kick me into gear again and finally reach my goal weight. I’m working on my goal list to motivate me as well. I restarted this week but decided to make today day 1. I feel more stable now and dedicated. I will post as often as I can to keep my motivation up. I recently moved and am in a whole new neighborhood. It’s been weird and I still miss my old walking/running area. But, dealing with change is a good thing and I’m finding new things to like in my new area.

I still go to my old neighborhood for workouts on Saturdays. As often as I can, but if I’m not feeling well or don’t have enough gas to drive over, I’ll just walk around here. My old neighborhood was closer to nature and had nicer views. It’s louder here. But, the pro is that it’s less coyote/mountain lion danger. Previously, I ran into coyotes a few times and ended up investing in some pepper spray. Now, there is less danger but more cars so I still have to be alert. I’m also working out with my SO every chance I get in the evenings.

Now, if I could just make Friday-Sunday without cheating, I’ll drop weight much easier!
