I’m pretty busy today so I decided to just write a quick post instead of making a talking video. I am performing and doing stuff with the family all weekend. Christmas eve is on Tuesday! My migraine came back last night and lingered this morning. I had to take some medicine. I think I’ve just been under a lot of stress lately, so it comes and goes. I’m going to try to take it easy and enjoy the holidays.
Every year I tend to go all out and overexert myself. It never ends well, especially for the scale. So, I’m going to try and take it slow. Hope your holidays go well! New year’s is right around the corner!!

This is a good reminder, but Christmas is also about giving and love with your family and friends. Just don’t go overboard! Happy holidays!!
