Rough moment in the fitting room…

I had a pretty down moment in the fitting room right before Christmas. It was a huge wake up call to be honest. It hurt. It made me angry at myself and my emotions just spiraled out of control. These moments unfortunately do happen and are necessary when we are going in the wrong direction. Instead of ignoring it, I choose to fix it. I’m going to channel this anger and turn it into determination and focus to go back in the right direction! Merry Christmas and here is to a new and amazing 2025!
