Week 7: Holidays are in full swing!

Time for another check in. I will try to make it quick. I tend to just write on and on sometimes. This week was good. Could have been better I guess.

I could have maybe tracked last weekend better. Last weekend we basically ate tons of turkey and side dish leftovers all weekend…..PLUS PIE. I think that’s what contributed to my mediocre week. However, I noticed that after really good weeks, I’ll have a meh week on the scale. I have been watching tons of weight loss shoes and noticed it’s similar with them as well.

Yesterday my friends got me out on another hike! We have been making it a weekly thing. It’s hard because not everyone is available but I appreciate their support! It is definitely working. When I first did it, I was gasping for air. Now, it’s almost becoming easy and I feel stronger than ever!

I am down another 1.2 this week. My goal is always 2 lbs. per week but 1 is always appreciated over a gain or maintain. Even if I maintain during Christmas, I will be ok with it. I would love to lose overall this month but with all the food…well. I’ll just stay positive haha.
